Which CPU is better for productivity?

Im looking to buy a new laptop soon and il be doing some photoshop work, 3d modeling and rendering as well as maybe some occasional gaming. I wish I could stretch my budget (~£500) further because I know these aren't the best CPUs for my needs but out of these two which would be best?

i5 4200m with 8gb ram and dedicated nvidia gt 720m (Lenovo Z510)
i7 4510u with 8gb ram and dedicated AMD R7 (Dell 15 5000)
