Which CPU is better than i3 8100 around the same price range?

I want to combine it with a 1050 Ti also according to this site http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i3-8100-vs-AMD-Ryzen-3-1200/3942vs3931 its better than Ryzen. Should I go on and buy it

Paired with the 1050 ti you really dont need anything special the coffee lake i3 is extremely good. But if i was going to pair it with the 1050ti i would rather get the ryzen 1400 it will get the same frames and you will have 8 logical cores. But if its only for gaming then the i3 is the better cpu at least it gives you more of a powerful gaming cpu when your ready to get a new graphics card.
