Which CPU is better ?

So i stumbled upon 2 of these CPUs and im wondering which 1 is better. Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 4MB cache 2.4 GHz or Core 2 Duo E6600 2MB cache 3.0 GHz ?

Obviously, neither one is a great chip anymore, but the 3.0 GHz one is 4 years newer and built on the 45nm process instead of 65nm. It would probably give better performance in most situations and use less power.

E6600 @ 3ghz and overclock the crap out of it !
