which cpu is better

i have bought a 600w psu and 8gb ram and asrock h81 board i need a gpu and cpu to game on 720p with high settings
so which is better i3 4150 with r7 265 vs pentium g3258 at stock speed with r9 270 ?

the pentium + 270 will perform better (and you should OC it, it works well even with the stock cooler).

i heard some games like far cry 4 doesnt run with 2 threads
and i dont plan to overclock since i had a bad try with amd and died very fast

If you are going to stick to 720p, just get the i3 + 265 unless you are willing to wait and save up a little more $$$ for a better video card. The 265 would perform extremely well at 720p.

i also saw benchmarks that r9 270 boosts only with 5fps so its not a big deal
so the i3 and r7 265 is better choice for 720p ?
