[SOLVED] Which cpu is better

So guys i recently want to upgrade my cpu. Between these two cpus which one is better
Intel core i7 3930k or intel xeon e3 1240 v3?
My specs are:
Ram: 8gb ddr3 ram
Graphic: gtx 970 gainward 4gb
Psu: 500w
Cpu: amd fx 6300

I wouldnt invest into these old cpus. Motherboard sourcing is hard.

The Xeon is a insignificantly faster out-of-the-box (3.4GHz/3.8GHz vs 3.2GHz/3.8GHz), but the i7 can be OC'ed depending on the motherboard and the quality of the PSU. Basically, you wouldn't be able to tell one from the other at stock clocks.
