Which CPU is faster?

The 2nd generation core i3 2310M? [2.10GHz]
Or the 4th generation Celeron Quad Core N2930? [1.83 GHz (Burst Frequency: 2.16 GHz)]

the i3 will and always be better than that celeron cpu i3 has hyperthreading so it is like 4 cores and has way better performance than a celeron cpu

thanks. I was wondering if the generation makes a difference. the celeron is 4th generation, while the i3 is second generation..
