Which CPU/ Mobo combo is better?

I can either do a FX 8320- with a Asus m5a99X EVO
or
FX-6300 with a asus sabertooth

I have a r9 290X graphics card as well. WHich would be the better choice as the price is the same?

Fx 8320/M5. Processor make a bigger than difference than motherboard in terms of performance.
