Which CPU+MoBo is better choise?

Hello there!
I dont know which combo will be better.
I5-8400 + cheapest Z370 chipset mobo
Or
Ryzen5-1600 + cheapest A320 Chipset MoBo
Going to use 2133/2400hz RAM
If it will be ryzen, need i OC for 3.8 hz?

8400+z370 would be better, but r1600+b350 would be cheaper and as good. You can't OC on A320 mobo. 2133/2400 is too slow RAM for Ryzen, you want at least 2666 (ideally you would want 2666 for 8400 too, but it's less important).
