Which CPU Probook 6550b

I have an old HP Probook 6550b...it's got wireless n an just threw a 100gb ssd into it, 4gb ram, win10.
It runs pretty smooth. It can still lock a bit up a when there's few things running.

It has an i5 m450@2.4. ,

It's just for surfing the web an watching movies an that...

I was thinking of maybe upgrading the CPU I don't know if it will make that much of a difference I can put either:

Intel Core i7-620M Processor (2.66 GHz, 35 W, 4MB L3 cache)
or
Intel Core i7-720QM processor (1.60 GHz, 45 W, 6MB L3 cache)

I think thats about it... which chip would be the best.. like the idea of the 4 cores but 1.6ghz sounds pretty slow.

Is there a faster chip I could put in this ?

Does this unit contain a Discrete GPU? If not then the i7-620M is your only upgrade option and it isn't all that much faster over what you have.
