Which CPU should I buy next?

Hi community, I am looking to upgrade my CPU for better gaming experience with my GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X 4G.

Save your money until you are ready to upgrade CPU motherboard and Ram. Nothing worth recommending for that platform anymore. A cheap ryzen setup would be the reasonable route.

A good B350 board + R5 1600 would be a great replacement.

My budget is more or less $300. I just started playing PC games so right now I have Skyrim, PUBG, LoL, CS:GO, and expecting to buy many more graphic demanding games. I don't remember the resolution right now tho, sorry.

I have 2 4GB ram, a 500W PSU, 1 TB hard drive. I think that's all.

As maddog said, i would recommend a B350 motherboard. If your budget is $300, you can find a decent B350 board, a ryzen 3 1200 and 8gb of ddr4 for that price. If you live near a Microcenter, they do bundle deals. Newegg also has bundles that change from time to time.

I run the Asus ROG Strix B350-f gaming, got it for $80 after a bundle discount. Normally the board is around $120. It's feature rich and has performed very well for me. There are cheaper alternatives for sure if you don't need the fancy stuff.
