Which Cpu should i buy?

hi guys ,
I'm going to buy a cpu for my pc and the M/B is g31mxp-k http://
.
i have chosen 2 cpu .
1. core 2 duo e8500 (used 1 year warranty 35 bucks )

2. xeon L5420 as core 2 quad q9300 its mod cpu link --> http://(used 1 year warranty 50 bucks)

which should i buy help guys tight in budget (under $60)

i think your wrong xeon has 4 cores

If your using it for gaming buy the 1st one since graphics are more important than cpu
