Which cpu should I buy?

I have two builds on PCpartpicker, one has the i5-8400 and the other is i5-8600 non-k.

Which do I go for?
I want to game at 1080p 60fps competitive settings. I will have a fps limiter.

The games I play are ARK, PUBG, Rainbow 6 Siege, modded minecraft, modded 7 days to die, gta, and battlefield series.

i5-8400 is much better value.
you never going to notice those 300MHz difference, but for the saved 50$ you can double the SSD capacity and have all your games installed on it.
also for cooler, you might want to consider skipping it or getting one in a 30$ range like the Be Quiet Pure Rock

i5 8400 saves you some money and you can use that for a better storage or gpu.
