Which cpu should I choose

Hello..I wanna buy a new PC build and I wanna ask you guyz something...I was gonna get a i5 6500 build with 8gb ram and it would cost me 550 (no gpu) and I found a used PC with an i7 4771 and 16gb ram at the exact same money...the parts of the PC they all have guarantee and their receipts...so..what whould you guys choose...?

Definitely the 4770 i7, it is way stronger in terms of raw performance. For pure gaming won't make much of a difference but for everything else it's better, especially if there is still warranty.

The i7 4771 is still faster than the i5 6500 build.
Go with the i7 4771.
