Which CPU should I get?

I want to have two gtx 980s in sli and I am not sure if I should get ihe Intel I7 5920k or the Intel I7 5930k? For sli is 28 PCIE lanes better or 40 PCIE lanes?

in sli it wont matter with two if it has at least 16 it can max out sli with those cards
