[SOLVED] Which CPU should I get?

Should I get a i9 9900k (from Microcenter) $299.99 or a Ryzen CPU? I know the new Ryzen CPUs are pretty good but having some stock issues. I'll use it for gaming and some streaming.

I have a RTX 3070 and 16gb 3000mhz ram.

Got a decent motherboard to put a 9900K in? It is no joke...
Some of the cheapest Z370 and 390s can't hang with this thing; the VRMs thermal throttle.

Ditto on the cooling. Think Deepcool Assassin 3, 280mm or larger hybrid cooler.
