[SOLVED] Which CPU Should I Go For?

I'm planning to upgrade my pc mainly for Game Development in both 2D & 3D work and programming. Also for Gaming and Streaming.
My current mobo is B250-F so the highest CPU that compatible with this mobo is i7-7700k but few people been suggesting me AMD Ryzen 7 3700x which is nearly the same price as i7 7700 and also the latest but I need to buy a new mobo that compatible with 3700x.
If I buy i7 7700k I will be spending 300usd and for Ryzen 7 3700x + B450-F = 400. So which one should I go for both in performance wise and prices. GPU Rtx 2060

Well, the 7700K is not ideal for streaming, and for anything productivity related the 3700x is going to wipe the floor with the 7700K. Double the cores and double the threads with similar IPC... yeah the 3700x is the way to go here. I know it is easy to say with someone else footing the bill, but the 3700x REALLY is the better CPU. If the price seems like a barrier to getting it though I would instead recommend the 3600x instead. It is still a better CPU than the 7700K. It will game and stream like the 3700x and still give you better productivity performance than the 7700K.

The Strix X470-F is going to have multi-GPU support and probably better VRMs for overclocking. The B450-F is going to be a good all around board though, so unless they are really close in price or you really need to have multiple GPUs or higher end overclocking, the B450-F is probably the way to go.
