Which CPU Temp should i trust?

Just completed my first ever PC build and im pretty happy with it
Which CPU Temperature should i trust? Asus AI Suite 3 vs Open Hardware Monitor
My Asus AI is saying 44°C and OHM is saying 52°C
I have an i5 4460 3.2Ghz, Asus z97 Pro Gamer, 16gb RAM and a GTX 960 4gb
Also, are these temps normal for my chip with stock cooler whilst running a few programmes and a game (Tera).

I'd play it safe and make judgements based on whichever temp is higher. Also, 52 C under load is just fine.

I personally have never used the asus monitoring tool so I can't comment on how reliable it is. HW monitor on the other hand I have used and it is very reliable. You could also use real temp which should show similar temps to hw monitor.
