Which CPU to get?

Hello, I am looking to get a new CPU but not sure which one to get. I currently have i3-6100, GTX 1060 6 GB, 8GB ddr4 ram, and a b150 gaming m3 motherboard. I only use my computer for web browsing and 1080p gaming, so I don't think I need anything above an i5, and my mobo doesn't support higher end AMD CPUs. I was leaning towards an i5-7600k, but if there's a CPU that would better fit for what I need, please let me know. Also would I need to get a separate CPU cooler? and if so, which one would be good for me to get? Thanks in advance!

I built my friend a pc a little while ago with a 1060 6Gb and a 7600k, It is an awesome combo. But you dont really need the k version because your mobo wont allow for overclocking.

On new egg it says that the 7600k is @3.8 Ghz, while the 7600 is @3.5 Ghz. Is that the stock speed? wouldn't it be beneficial to get the k version even without overclocking if that were the case?
