Which DDR3 for Phenom II X3 Build?

I have just ordered an Asus M4A79XTD EVO motherboard and need to buy some DDR3 memory to use with it and a phenom II X3 720.
As Ive heard phenom II's cant use DDR3 faster than 1333mhz, I am looking at 1333mhz modules with the lowest possible latency. These two below are rated at 7-7-7-20.

The only difference I can make between the 2 is that the the Kingstons look like they need to be manually set to 1.7v in the bios to achieve 7-7-7-20 latency. Is this a big deal or not and is it worth spending the extra $30 for the OCZ's?

Any other memory suggestions would be much appreciated, I would normally buy corsair but there 1333mhz range all has high latencies...

ive always loved kingston memory, setting modules in the bios is not hard, just research the acronyms for memory timing write them down and set them up. tho, the cpu is not the limiting factor atall, infact, speeds up to 2133 hafve been achieved with x3 720 cpus, the limiting factor is your board, if ur board says it can go up to 2133, you can 3v3n use a dual or single core with mem running at 2133, that board can go up to 1800, so if you want, you can go up to 1800, but 1333 will do just fine

For $69.99 and free shipping, the price can't be beat. The timing's on my Phenom II x3 720 BE's are at 7-7-7-19 at 1333 MHz. At 1600 MHz, you'll have to loosen them up a little. On my i7 920, I get 7-7-7-19 at 1600 MHz.

thanks for the replies. Am I better off then getting 1333 MHz at 7-7-7-20 latencies, 1600 Mhz at 9-9-9-24 or 1800 MHz at 8-8-8-24? Also as the Kingston ram needs to be set in the bios to achieve the lower latencies, does this mean that they wont overclock as well as the ocz's?

Also will running ram above the officially supported 1333mhz of the phenom II put extra strain on the motherboard and CPU, lowering over clocking potential?

and unfortunanly I live in Australia so the Crucial ram isn't readily available here :-(

the best bet for you is the 1333 at 7-7-7-20, running ram oover specified speed does not put xtra strain on anything, intel i7 series are only guaranteed to run up to 1066, but the highest freq ever achieved 2533mhz, was actually run on an i7, the advertised freq is just them saying that they will guarantee operation up to 1333, however, if you encounter problems at 1600, dont call them, because they are not obligated to help.

The lower the timings, the better, and with the Phenom II x3 720 BE, you don't need to worry about anything faster than 1333 MHz. You're not overclocking by raising your BCLK. However, if you can get tight timings with a higher speed...
