I live in India
There is an app here called olx where you can buy used things.
So I was searching for some assembled gaming PC to buy and I found two best options
In the 1st one I am also getting an 22 inch monitor that's why I am interested
1st build that costs 35000 rupees that is 492 dollars and it has the following specs-
Gtx 970 4gb
I7 2600k 4.5ghz
8gb ram 1600ghz
1.5gb of storage
Cooler master cabinet
120gb ssd
H80ti water cooling
Intel DZ68BC motherboard

2nd build costing 45000 rupees that is 631 dollars
The seller says it is been used for only 2 weeks and then barely used
Specs are-
Gaming PC ( this PC is new )
This is best PC for everything like gaming, mining, Animation, vfx , video rendering , etc. You can run any game which is available on this planet with above 60 fps on ultra Setting at 1080p and with high at 4K resolution with

Graphic card :-
Sapphire Limited Edition AMD radeon rx 580 (8GB ) Boost Clock 1450 MHZ . This card is far better than GTX 1060 and gives fight to GTX 1070

Processor :-
AMD Ryzen 1600x 3rd generation SiX Core 12 threads

Motherboard :-
MSI B450 four ram slots And Support OVERCLOCKING MEMORY UPTO 64 GB

RAM :-
8 GB DDR4 2600MHZ AND OVERCLOCKING CAN Be DONE on this RAM .

HARD DISK IS 500GB SEGEAT

Solution
The second one other than the PSU. Corsair VS series are pretty crap. CPU, GPU and RAM all better on the second system and the mobo will take 2nd gen ryzen if you ever want to upgrade.
