Which Desktop should I get?

Hello I'm planning to use FL Studio 11.0.4 and I'dont know what will the right pick. Please help choose which one to buy
MEDION AKOYA PC E5004 D or ASUS CM6730-UK021S Desktop PC

The main fucus is CPU and how will the hyperthreading work with fl studio (It has HT suppurt). The one from medion looks like it has faster clock speed (Intel® Core™ i5-4440) and the one from Asus (Intel® Core™ i3-3220T) looks bit weaker beacouse it has only 2 cores with hyperthreating.

P.S. Maybe there is cheaper RAM? and Yeach CPU cost lot but i got nice 4 extra threats, which can bennefit hard VST load I also would buy good graphic card but probaly next year.
