Question which DIMM slot to use with single stick

So i have a B450 aorus elite motherboard and it has 4 dimm slot and support dual channel, i have a single stick of 8gb vengeance pro rgb ram installed in the second to left slot, can i put this in another slot like 4th slot to avoid clearance issuse with the cpu cooler??
