Which direction should I have my PC's fans face?

So my NZXT Noctis 450 case came with 4 fans, one blowing outwards in the rear of the case and 3 taking air in, in the front of the case. I also temporarily have the stock CPU fan on the CPU which is taking air in towards the CPU. I'm wondering if I should reverse the front and back fans because I think since the CPU fan is right next to the rear fan that the CPU fan isn't getting any air because the rear fan is taking all the air and blowing it out. When I stick my hand there (lol I'm brave), there is no air flow that I can feel. Thanks~

Your cpu cooler fan should be blowing air toward the back of the case. The other fans are in the right order.

Yeah that's how it is but isn't the rear fan sucking all the air away? <- Rear fan CPU /\ fan.

Yes it's sucking the hot air out of the PC as it's intended to do,

I meant away from the CPU, what I'm trying to say is that I think the twice the size rear case fan it taking all the air away from the small stock CPU fan.

Air movers very freely and you have more intake than exhaust about 99.9% of people run their PC like that.
