Which direction should the fan face?

I noticed my graphics card being chocked in my case since there is only 1 fan, (and it's a pretty small case not meant for huge cards to begin with) it's located at the back which blows air out. The PC was pre-built so there aren't many options in terms of upgrading, however there is a fan spot open right behind the GPU where air also exits since it's a reference model. Should I have the fan sucking in air or blowing it out?

Solution
That looks like the front of your case from your pictures. You want to set that as an intake so you have air blowing into the case. That will give your GPU and CPU fans some cool fresh air to work with instead of recirculating nothing but hot air.
