Question Which do I Buy Rx 470 or GTX 1050Ti

Well I Live in Egypt and yea the used Market here is so shit that they can sell Rx 470 Used for 150$ and also the same thing goes for The GTX 1050ti not used is like 200-250$ and used kinda 150$ I found out that my power supply don't have a Pcie 6x2 or 8x2 So i was searching around and so on and i found Rx 470 for like 80$ it was really good Deal i called the guy and when he answered it was him talking to some one when he was selling it and he said sorry and so on So now what shall i buy from these 2 i know that the Rx 470 is much better but i will also need a New power supply for it and that will get the price so high since Power supplies here are like 60$ and there is not people that i will find 80$ or something like that again so if there is a good Card like that of Rx 470 or close to it that could be cheaper i will be grateful or do i go and just buy The GTX 1050ti ?

Core-I3-4150
Ram 8 DDR3 1600MHz
PSU 500 Watt
Motherboard P81-D3 (1.0)

I know it will bottleneck In both of the GPUs but it wont be that high that it will ruin it

470 is much better than the 1050ti according to benchmarks i have seen.
But am not so sure about your power supply.

I know its much better but the thing is that if i am going to buy a Rx 470 it will need a new PSU That will be so much to pay Rather than getting GTX 1050Ti that wont need a New PSU is it Worth i mean or is there is any other card that could get in the middle range between the 2

Either ways, you will need a new power supply, never use a low quality power supply with expensive items.

You are upgrading, upgrading components, without changing the most important component which is the power supply, could fry your entire rig in a matter of seconds.

EVGA 500W or 450W depends on the stock and yea i wont OC anything and my board can't overclock

The 2018 cx series from corsair is good for low budget.

the lowest corsair price here is 110$ 500W
and the 500W EVGA is 70$ Yea i know EGYPT is Weird
