Which do I pick?!

So, I'm making a PC on Pcspecialist.co.UK and at the price is has TWO prices, EX vat and INC vat, WTF do they mean? Which is the price I'll be paying? It's a UK website and I live in the UK so I'm not sure if that changes anything? PLEASE REPLY ASAP!

Price before tax = EX vat , Price after tax = INC vat

I'm assuming you will be paying the one with taxes, INC vat.
