I can confidently say the first build will perform best in gaming due to the better graphics card and a solid state drive. Plus there is the option of overclocking for even more performance whereas the second build cannot be overclocked.
 
First one...if you are going to play just games, I do not think you need more than 8GB RAM. I would consider upgrading the SSD to at least 128 if not 256! If you are tight on a budget, please consider taking an 8GB RAM and invest that saving into a higher capacity SSD.
 




get the first option, why do you have like 8 components for each build? is it a barebones kit? dude just buy each individal part you want. dont worry if its bundled together. get a 3570 k a gtx 660ti, a mobo that supports the 2. and any harddrive, any dvd drive, a power supply with atleast 700 watts try for a bronze or silver vertified. 8gb of ddr3 1600 and a nice case u want. THATS IT not hard son. buy the parts u want dont cheap out
