Which driver for HD AUDIO? (Asus motherboard)

Sorry for spamming the forum... But I think I narrowed down my issue. I don't have any audio drivers! Which should I download? I keep seeing "Realtek" come up, so I went to ASUS's website and found this: http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=Audio&os=30

Click on +audio, it's the 3rd one "Realtek Audio Driver" - if i install this, will I get front panel HD audio to work with my microphone jack?! (Please say yes!!)
