which drivers do i need to download?

Hi! i am going to build my very first gaming-pc and i am wondering which drivers i have to download. i am also wondering how i am actually going to do it, i do not know how to download drivers and need some help.

Here is the components that i am going to buy:
CPU - intel core i5 8400
Motherboard - Asus Prime Z370-P
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 16GB CL16 (2x8GB)
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 ti (Founders Edition)
SSD - WD Green PC SSD M.2 SATA III 120GB
HDD - Seagate barracuda 1TB 3,5"
PSU - EVGA BQ 650W Hybrid Modular 80+
Case - Phanteks Eclipse p400S Glass Silent
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

You'll need to download drivers for your specific components from the manufacturer's website.

Motherboards have all sorts of devices on them that need their own drivers. You can find those at Asus's website > Support > Drivers

As for your GPU driver, you'll get that from Nvidia's website.
