Which drivers do I need to have ready?

My build consists of:
MOBO: Z97S MSI KRAIT
CPU: i7 4790
GPU: MSI GTX 960
PSU: 550 GS EVGA
CPU COOLER; H212 EVO
RAM: 8GB HYPERX FURY
SSD: 250GB SAMSUNG EVO
OS: WINDOWS 10

Which drivers should I have ready, as in download onto a USB because I am going to use the processor from my current PC.

Not entirely sure what keeping the CPU has to do with anything. Same drivers as you would need for any new build. Though 90% chance the system will be bootable with just the Windows OS install, possible exception of network drivers, but only if a non-Intel chip is being used for ethernet.

Not quite, I just looked for some MOBO and gpu drivers, I got drivers from nvidia's website for my gpu. MSI's website has a bunch of drivers, utility, and BIOS stuff for the motherboard, which ones do i need though? I downloaded most of the drivers on their site but Im not sure if I need the utility things? and bios?

download the latest SDI from any torrent site and thats it.it already has the latest drivers.download and run the .exe,it will automatically install the drivers in a click of a button

BIOS update is fairly optional, generally contains compatibility improvements and the occasional bug fix. If you want simple operation you don't need any of the tools they included on the original motherboard disc. Only the drivers for the hardware you want to work.

A common example would be to not install the RAID controller drivers for any disk controllers outside the PCH if you aren't going to use them. Another would be to not install the onboard sound drivers if you intend to use a discrete card. Normally you would disable these in the BIOS before installing, or booting, an OS.

So since I'm not using a dedicated sound card, I should get onboard audio drivers? And by disabling these in BIOS before installing OS, would I enable them later after I've installed my OS?

No, if you plan to use them leave them enabled. You can install updated drivers any time.
