Which drivers should I get for Pc build?

With my old Pc I used to search drivers by the model of the Pc but now that I built my own I don't know where to get them so I'm asking where to download and what to download for a brand new Pc build?
My specs :
Cpu :AMD fx8350 4.0Ghz
Mobo :Sabertooth 990fx r2
Gpu :AMD R9 270X
Psu :Thermaltake smart 650w sp 650p
HDD:Toshiba 1TB HDKP 7200 Rev/min
Ram: 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz crucial

The GPU drivers will come from AMD's website.

The motherboard drivers will come from ASUS's website

Thats all you really need.

I would get a different PSU.

Both your motherboard and GPU will come with driver discs though.

Always go to the respective websites after installing the disc drivers because there will be newer ones than what came on the disc.

a disk came with the motherboard . Run it

then download the the latest graphics card driver from AMD.com

check on amd web page under 990 chipset drivers to see if amd drivers are newer then the ones on asus web page.

Thank you all for your quick answers, great community, indeed have Mobo and gpu discs but I heard it was better to get them online so I'm probably going to install those on the pages you mentioned, thanks a lot
