Hi everyone, i have a PSU for which i need an extension cable kit to tide up my build.

The psu is the bequite pure power 11 cm 700W

And my mobo is Asus rog strix X570-E Gaming

For sure i need the 24pin and the 12pin that go on the mobo, see photo below

Just an FYI, the top connectors are EPS and not 12pin, they are 4pin and 8pin EPS connectors.
Package Contents:

  • 1 x 24-pin ATX extension (30cm) with 3 x cable combs
  • 1 x 8-pin EPS extension (45cm) with 2 x cable combs
  • 1 x 4+4 pin EPS extension (45cm)
  • 2 x 8-pin PCI-e extension (45cm) with 3 x cable combs
  • 1 x 6-pin PCI-e extension (45cm) with 3 x cable combs
  • 2 x 8-pin Hybrid cable combs
  • 2 x 4-pin Hybrid cable combs

Wait...is this included in the kit? I cant see it on the list you posted
Yes colored them red for you. Can use the 8pin plus half of the 4+4pin.

I'd not go extensions unless you absolutely must because cables dont reach. When you extend cables, you add to resistance, which raises amperage to maintain voltage. That's important when dealing with ratings for the connectors and it affects heat tolerances of the cable-extension connector. That's not to mention the severely increased lengths of the cables that you now have to cable manage.

Much better idea to go with custom cables. CableMod and others carries a full line of replacement cables, already sleeved or can be made to order in any custom color or combination you want. Not an extension, but a direct replacement for any/all modular cables. That means no change to power, heat, or cable management you'd not ordinarily have.

Solids, multiples, stripes, patterns, uv sensitive, you name it, it can be done. Without an extension. All you need is the psu model number, which set of cables you want done, and what color/s you want them done in.

Yes that makes sense, unfortunately, my PSU is not fully modular, the exact cables that i want to change are not modular. therefore i cannot replace them. So for my case, even the smallest extension cable will cause issues?

I might just leave it as it is but i really want to move them, i might just buy another PSU if there is no better solution, but obviously, i would prefer to spend my money elsewhere, for example, an additional SSD

This is my PSU
