Which fan is better and silent(er)?

Bitfenix Spectre Pro or Cougar CFD120 Blue LED. This two are LED and i wanna buy them, but i was wondering which one is more quiter.

I will recommend the Corsair SP 120 LED Edition if you can afford them, but I would opt for the Bitfenix Spectre Pro.

The cougars are quieter by about 9 decibels.
