Which fans should I buy?

I need some advice on which fan I should buy. I was originally thinking about getting the Thermaltake Riing fans in white, but then I realized that NZXT had just dropped their new Aer RGB fans. Then I started reading on em'... The NZXT Aer RGB fans require a $60 NZXT Hue+ in order to take full advantage of their RGB ability, which is a pretty large investment which I'd rather use to go for a new CPU or something... Then I started reading on the Thermaltake Riing fans and realized that their LED's look horrid when the fan is undervolted. I'm not just asking for an opinion on which of these two fans I should buy, I'm also open to a lot more fan options. I'm looking for a white LED fan, using both for radiator and regular airflow fans. Thanks for helping me out.

Take a look at the new line of Corsair fans. They have the HD and SP series with a choice between single color LEDs or RGB LEDs. I bought a set of 6 and they are sweet looking. Kinda pricy for the RGB ones at $21 per fan though.

Little too expensive for a fan in my opinion.
