Which fans to buy

Hi, i have decided between these fans and i am looking for you opinion before i buy. I have a 300r window case and just have the stock fans that came with my case, but i am looking to make it quiet.
140 mm fan:
GG540 Nanoxia Deep Silence 140mm
or
Noctua NF-A14 PWM 140mm

120mm fan:
Nexus 120mm PWM Series Real Silent Fan
Noctua NF-F12 PWM

I am open to other suggestions

For silent + performance:

140mm -->
Noctua NF-A14
120mm -->
Noctua NF-P12 (P12 series are better case fans, F12 more likely for radiators)

Though if you want to save money I'd say go for the Corsair SP Quiet edition series.
