[SOLVED] Which file do I need?

Hi, i'm wanting to update my bios to get better OC options. It's not something i've ever done. Though i'm sure I know how to, I'm just having trouble finding the most appropriate version.

Sys info shows the following, and the AMI website shows an update to aptio version 4.

Since this is a laptop, you will have to go to the laptop manufacturers website and see if they have an updated BIOS to download and install.
