Which Frequency and Timings are better ?

Hi Guys

I have a Ribjawz x 1600Mhz CL10 ( 10-10-10-30) @1.5v , i tried a multiple speed and timings, but i dont know which is better for me ? ( all of i tried are stable )

1- 1600Mhz ( 9-9-9-28) @ 1.54v
2- 1866Mhz ( 10-10-10-28) @ 1.58v
3- 2133Mhz ( 11-12-11-28) @ 1.60v

What should i go with ?

CPU: Core i7 4790 @3.6GHZ
Motherboard : Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 5

Depends on application, some benefit more w/tighter timings than higher frequency. Either way, short of benchmarks, actual difference will probably be pretty minimal.

For my own example, in benchmarks, I get better scores/higher bandwidth with my DDR4 @ 2666 14-14-14-28 manual settings than 3000 16-18-18-39 XMP.

what software do you recommend for bench marking ?

I've heard aida64 is popular, but I typically use Sisoft Sandra.
