Which from these 2 HDDs is better?

Hi. I have to re-install Windows as it has been clustered up by time and i was wondering, will i have a performance boost if i install Windows on the correct drive? I've done CrystalDisk and these are the results:

1st HDD: Seagate
2nd HDD: Western-Digital

I am a gamer so one HDD is for the system and small programs and the other one is for my full game library. Most games i play are around 10-20gb of size and the library is kinda filled with such games. That's some info i can give to you guys if you need it.

WD seems faster, even better is to get an SSD for Windows setup and programs. SSDs are getting pretty cheap now with 500 gb under $100 now. Crucial MX500 500GB is $68 on Amazon, it will be a huge upgrade in system speed.
