You can't play much with those specs, but why don't you list what games you'd LIKE to play (and we can tell if you can) instead of people responding with every game known to man.

The type of games i like to play is mostly Simulators, First or Third-Person Shooters and Stealthy games, like Hitman, Thief and Assassins Creed. btw, I have a power full gamer Desktop, but I want to know what I can play when I don't have access to my Desktop or when I'm on the run

you won't be able to play any assassins creed that's for sure. You'll be able to play things like Minecraft and TF2. Or any mid tier game made before 2010

Basically not much if your looking at AAA games then even 2010 ones are out and older stuff may have issues with windows 10.
