Duo cores are getting outdated, better get a Quad and the graphic card is low end.You may be able to run games like crisis 3 and Black flag At low sett. and resolution getting except able FPS.

You can run Crysis,Crysis warhead, Crysis 2, COD 4,5,6,7, Company of heroes 1, etc.. all at low settings and low resolution. and I'm not sure about the fps you'll get.
Consider upgrading your GPU for better gaming experience.

FAR CRY 2 - YES
FAR CRY 2 - NO
ASSASSIN CREED 2 - YES.
I'm not sure about the others.

dunno about ur graphics card but with 2000 rs u can buy a budget card radeon hd5450
