Which games to buy?

Hi guys these are the games I'm looking at. Running a 3770, 980 ti, 16gb ram. Most likely going to be playing at 1440p/4k and some I can get cheaper than others

Mafia 3 ($23) - Heard bad things but the shooting looks awesome and I love story
Watch Dogs 2 ($47) - Gameplay looks good, enjoyed the first one
Quantum Break ($29) - Really like the look of this gameplay/story
Gears of War 4 ($47) - Probably the one i want the most, but the price/game time is putting me off

I would say watch dogs 2 if you can get it to run. I tampered for 4 hours yesterday (im serious) before i got it to work. Quantum, Gears, and Mafia will get boring after the singleplayer is finished. At least, in my opinion, i suck at Gears multiplayer.
