He PCPartPicker because the first one is using a Corsair CX Series unless the PSU will be only temporary.

Don't forget the one you built on PCPartPicker may need a BIOS update.

ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.
Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.
