I have
CPU: Intel Core i3 4170 3.70ghz
RAM: Crucial 2x4gb DDR3 1333MHZ ( can be oc'ed to 1600)
GPU: MSI GTX 750 OC 1GB Edition
PSU: Fortron 450watt 80+ bronze edition non modular
HDD: 500GB 7200RPM

I want to upgrade my gpu for better gaming perfomance (i cant upgrade anything else), my goal is 1080p 50-60+ fps gaming in modern and future games

I have GTX 1050TI 4GB (1 fan versions) and RX 570 4GB (pulse ITX) in mind. I was told that my PSU might not be enough for rx 570, what do you think?
Which one do you recommend for me, i am also open for other suggestions as long as they are not more expensive than these gpu's

Solution
I wouldn't trust that no-name PSU to handle anything, not even a 1050ti.

First, replace that psu.
I would also upgrade your CPU. A dual-core i3 won't handle modern games now no matter the GPU.
Then I would upgrade to an RX570 for 2080p 60fps. A 1050ti has issues with high framerates in demanding games.
