Hey, I've made my own custom gaming pc build. I've made a 1000$ pc build and a 1200$ pc build. So I've made two custom builds. And I don't know which one is most worth getting for the price and performance difference. I wanna list some kind of games that I probably will play:

BF4, Perfect World, Aion, Age of Wushu, WoW, LoL, Tera Online, Rift, Neverwinter, Titanfall and games like that. I mostly only online mmorpg games.

Will this build be able to play those kinds of games at 60+ fps on 1080p highest settings?
I just don't like playing below 50 - 60 FPS :S

How will the fps/performance be on the 1000$ build on these kind of games?
How will the fps/performance be on the 1200$ buildo n these kind of games?

You can also prefer me another gaming pc build you think is better for 60+ fps, by making a new custom build or changing some parts on the builds I made.

Thanks.

I'd take this one for 1200 USD with better GPU:

I picked a Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB because it has 3GB and it is overclock able to 7970. I just heard that Asus Geforce GTX 770 2GB is a GTX 660 just overclocked I think.

Ah, nice never though about that GPU. What is the difference between G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory and Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory Low Profile?

It's an OC'd gtx 680 with faster memory (1750 v 1500 MHz)

To be honest, there is not much difference except for better heat-spreaders in Ripjaw-x that comes in handy if you are overclocking the RAM. Both of them are very good RAMs and I opted Gskill one to meet your budget. You can easily go with the corsair if you want...
One more thing, Do check the clearance for tall RAMs before buying them. Specially if you are getting large cooler like NH-D14.

<Edit> Changed the Case in the original build from HAF 912 to Corsair 200R as HAF 912 doesn't have front USB 3.0 connector.

Well, its very hard to find the exact performance or fps of GTX 780 for those games you mentioned but they all would be running at more than 60 FPS for sure with GTX 780.. GTX 780 provides staggering value for money as it gives GTX TITAN like performance for half of its 1000 USD price... You can check out this video for a short performance review of GTX 780:
