I know people have suggested a gaming PC build for me but I want to take te lazy way out and upgrade a prebuilt one cause I am scared of getting mix-matched parts and it's cheaper to get it pre-made. Thus I was wondering which of the following PC is better?

This One: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ankermann-PC-FX-ULTRA-FX-8350-4-00GHz-N770-2GD5-Professional/dp/B007I7H1A0/ref=sr_1_143?ie=UTF8&qid=1387368656&sr=8-143&keywords=intel+gaming+pc+windows+7

Or this PC coupled with the Nvidia GTX 770 2GB version: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Desktop-Windows-Graphics-Warranty/dp/B00F8OYJKA/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1387368256&sr=8-10&keywords=intel+gaming+pc+windows+7

Sadly neither option has 16gigs but the second option already has a good PSU which is shocking for the price.

Also if I go Nvidia should I get the GTX 770 or 780? I could afford to splurge cause the Intel PC is so cheap for some reason. Do you folks think it's scam? My fiends said it seemed legit and would make things so easy cause all I have to add is the graphics card though that would void the waranty.

Any thouhts? Also if a PC has 8gb does that mean I can add 8 more gb o RAM to make 16 gigs? Or are both the slots taken?

Many thanks in advance!

P.S. Is there a HUGE diff in the GTX 770 and 780? Will both be able to hanle next-gen games? What card will last the longest?

The problem with pre-build is you don't know what you get most of the time.

The first build has a toshiba hard drive : they are the worse HD on the market right now
But for the rest I got no complains, especially you get a 2 years warranty, a descent PSU and an ok mobo.

For the

The second build, you don't know what brand the mobo, memory, hard drives are. The only thing that good is the 5 year warranty, but inquire on that. because the day it breaks, will they honor it.

For the GTX 770 and 780, get the 780 if you have the money and planning to play on high res with recent games.

personally i'd build one yourself (the people here can help you on part selection) since then you would know what parts they are putting in your system.

as dex stated... you dont know whats in some of these computers. for the low prices you are getting... they arent putting in the best parts available.

its better to pay a bit more by building it yourself and know exactly whats in the case and how reliable everything is.

The 2nd one looks to have a small mini ATX case. For gaming the 1st one would be more practical. While the i7 is superior to the FX 8 core, they are both great gaming processors with enough power to run a GTX 770. The only quaestion is what kind of PSU does it have? And don't go by watts. See if you can find out the make/model.
