I am currently in the process of picking parts to build a gaming PC, however I am not sure what to get.
I am not sure whether I should get a better graphics card, or a lower one and get an SSD.

These are the other components that I am thinking of getting:
CPU - i5-4670K
Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3
RAM - 8Gb Corsair Vengeance
Storage - 1Tb Segate Barracuda OR 1Tb Segate Barracuda + 120Gb Samsung 840
Graphics Card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 Or EVGA GeForce GTX 760
Case - Corsair C70
Power Supply - Corsair 600M

I have not paid for any parts, so I am willing to change components if it means a better overall PC.

Thanks For Any Help.

yes u can do that, and for Crysis no card is overkill, even a Titan cannot play crysis 3 very well, even forget 4, so i repeat drop the SSD and get the 770
Lol your graphics card already seems good enough or over kill depending on what games you play. So i'd go with the SSD , if you have your games in their your loading speeds will be much faster.

Thanks for the quick response. If I did drop the SSD and installed Windows 7 OEM onto the hard drive, later on would I be able to move over the OS to the SSD or would I need to buy a new Windows 7 license.

I plan to play new releases such as Battlefield 4 and Crysis 4 (When Announced).
