[SOLVED] Which gaming PC should I choose?

Hi, so I've been searching on Kijiji for a gaming PC, and I've narrowed it down to two options. I just wanted to see some different opinions as to which PC I should choose. Here are some details on each:

PC 1: Dell XPS 8900
-i7 6700k
-24GB DDR4 RAM
-GTX 960
-240GB SSD + 2TB HDD
-460W PSU (OEM with 6-pin connectors)
-Windows 10, 64-bit

PC 2:
-i7 3770 (non-K)
-16GB DDR3 RAM
-GTX 970
-256GB SSD
-Corsair TX750 (750W) PSU
-Windows 10, 64-bit

Regardless of the PC I choose, I'd probably sell the graphics card and replace it with something like a 1060/1070/1660/1660Ti.
With that in mind, the first PC should be the clear winner, with its extra 2TB hard drive, its better and overclockable CPU, its extra RAM, etc.
However, it does have a much worse power supply, and it's in a standard Dell case. The second PC is in a significantly better and larger case with much better airflow and more fans. It also looks lot better, haha.

if you are selling the gpu for a replacement i would suggest throwing in a better power supply. They come relatively cheap heres a good one from a reliable company https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Bronze-Certified-Modular-CP-9020102-NA/dp/B01B72W0A2. Good luck with your purchase
