Which gaming PC?

I am looking to get into PC gaming but on a low budget of around $400. I found a prebuilt PC http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gaming-PC-Intel-i7-2600-3-8GHz-Sapphire-R9-290-X-16GB-DDR3-240GB-SSD-Z77-/162449662234?rmvSB=true and I just recently found a budget build youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dlZoWUW_2yw I'm not sure which one I should go with. What would give me better performance for the money?

Second one is much better. As a side note, you will need to spend another $80 on the first to get an OS.

I would not recommend building pc for 400$, but that video on youtube pretty much the best combination u can get right now. If you want a computer for 400$ that runs like 800$ get a used one from ebay, amazon, craigslist etc.

Yes. As you saw in the benchmark, it has better performance.

That was open beta though. There has been improvements to performance since then.
