Here's my spec:

CPU: i5-3470, Intel stock cooler
Case: CM K280, one exhaust fan
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3
PSU: S12II-620W
Monitor: 1080p 144Hz

There are several Gigabyte models of GTX 1050 Ti. Here are them:

D5: http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TD5-4GD#kf
OC: http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TOC-4GD#kf
Windforce OC: http://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD#kf

For me, I prefer the OC version because I run multiplayers games like Overwatch at around 120FPS since it require more power therefore more heat and more noise at that FPS and I think dual fan instead of single fan will be much better. What do you guys think?

Look at:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?CompareItemList=%2D1%7C14%2D125%2D914%5E14%2D125%2D914%2C14%2D125%2D913%5E14%2D125%2D913%2C14%2D125%2D915%5E14%2D125%2D915%2C14%2D125%2D916%5E14%2D125%2D916

The differ in price by $30 ... basic difference is the factory OC. I don't have a lot of info on the 1050 Ti's as don't get much call to do builds with them. The different cards might vary by components used on the PCB (VRMs, chokes, etc) and the presence of thermal pads on VRM or memory. Each of these can improve the overclocking ability of the cards .... however, with 10xx series, Boost 3 kinda steps in and kinda limits the advantage that they can provide. So it is possible, that when all are overclocked manually, you can get the same or very close Ocs and fps.

I don't understand what you said because it's too technical for me. So buy the one I prefer?

I have a EVGA 1050ti OC and It works flawlessly for everything I use it for, it should be fine for what you plan for it

Look at the link. Look at the line for Boost clocks.

The ones with the higher speeds will cost more money. If it's me, I am buying the fastest one, but from MSI. But only you are in a position to judge if it's worth paying more for those price increases.

$140 (1430 Boost Clock) GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N105TD5-4GD
$140 (1455 Boost Clock) GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N105TOC-4GD
$155 ((1468 Boost Clock) GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD
$170 ((1506 Boost Clock) GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti DirectX 12 GV-N105TG1 GAMING-4G

The 2nd one comes with a $10 rebate giving your more speed for the same price as the 1st one. But remember these are factory speeds out of the box. You may be able to manually over clock as high as you can OC the most expensive one. From what I see, I'd buy the 2nd one.

For the 2nd one, can it be manually overclocked using my motherboard power? Is it better manually overclock using PSU so I buy the 3rd one?
I found there is a Zotac 1050 ti OC. Which one is better for overclocking?
