I am going to build a pc and here are the specs i have so far:

CPU: AMD FX-8120 3.1GHz 8-Core Processor (£114.99 @ Maplin Electronics)
Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver 3.5g Thermal Paste (£5.25 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£38.39 @ Aria PC)
Memory: PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£38.06 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£45.59 @ Aria PC)
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case (£47.19 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 450W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply (£37.97 @ Dabs)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer (£13.15 @ Amazon UK)

I have no more than £115 to spend (yes, the budget is tight!) on a GPU. I have found a 7790 1GB and a GTX 650 Ti 2GB within my budget. Is there any other GPU that is better than these and within my budget? If there is feel free to tell me and if there isnt which one is better that i mentioned. Also i would like to keep my FX-8120 as i like to edit and record videos a lot.

Thanks

I suggest you spend a bit more on the motherboard because it is a very budget motherboard and will not be as fast as a more gaming/performance orientated one. Also on the GPU the GTX 650 TI BOOST is a solid card. Here are some benchmarks of the card from the different vendors:GTX 650 TI Boost Benchmarks

Overall the EVGA 650 TI BOOST SuperClocked is the fastest but it runs considerably hotter and louder than the other cards. Overall I suggest either the MSI GTX 650 TI Boost Twin Frozr III OC. It has the second best performance (Behind the EVGA card) with much lower temps and noise than the best performing card. (The temps are about 20 celsius lower which makes a big differencee.
